Dr. Svetlana Voloshin, ND

Helping you feel better, heal deeper, and thrive naturally.

Whole-person care that listens to your body, looks beneath the surface, and meets you where you are.

Your body is constantly communicating.

Through pain. Tension. Fatigue. Digestion. Sleep. Hormonal changes. Anxiety. The way you breathe. The way you brace. The feeling that you’re exhausted but still can’t fully relax.

Sometimes you simply know:

I don’t feel like myself.

Even when your labs are “normal.” Even when you’ve been told everything looks fine. Even when you can’t quite explain what feels different.

Your experience matters.

My approach brings together naturopathic and functional medicine, craniosacral intuitive bodywork, nervous system support, regenerative medicine, and natural aesthetics to care for you as a whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Sometimes we need to investigate what is happening physiologically.

Sometimes your body needs hands-on support to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and create greater ease.

And sometimes the first step is slowing down enough to hear what your body has been trying to tell you.

Your Body Isn’t Simply a Problem to Fix

It’s something to understand and learn to listen to.

Maybe you’ve spent years trying to figure out why you don’t feel like yourself.

You’ve changed your diet. Bought another supplement. Pushed yourself to exercise because you thought you should. Tried to sleep more. Searched your symptoms online. Told yourself you’ll deal with the stress when life calms down.

Meanwhile, your body keeps talking.

Maybe it’s fatigue that doesn’t make sense. Bloating that comes and goes. Anxiety or a nervous system that always seems switched on. Pain and tension that keep returning. Hormonal or menstrual changes that make you feel unfamiliar in your own body.

Or the sense that you’ve been holding everything together for so long that you don’t remember what it feels like to simply feel good.

I want to understand the whole picture.

Your physiology matters. Your nervous system matters. Your stress matters. Your history matters.

How you eat, sleep, breathe, move, work, rest, and live matters. And your own experience of your body matters.

That is where we begin.

Two Primary Ways to Work Together

You don’t have to diagnose yourself first.

There are two primary ways to enter my practice. They can remain separate or cross when it makes sense for your individual needs.

Craniosacral therapy session

Craniosacral Intuitive Bodywork

Release. Regulate. Reconnect.

Sometimes the next answer doesn’t come from thinking harder. It comes from becoming still enough to hear what your body has been trying to tell you.

Craniosacral therapy forms the foundation of this highly personalized, body-led experience.

I watch and listen for patterns throughout your body. I pay attention to your breathing, posture, areas of tension or restriction, nervous system response, and what I feel beneath my hands.

Depending on what your body needs, I may draw from craniosacral therapy, visceral therapy, myofascial and trigger-point techniques, somatic or emotional exploration, nervous system support, subtle energy healing, intuitive guidance, and breathing or postural support.

The modalities are my toolbox. The session is built around you.

I come into every session with the intention of creating a healing experience and helping you feel better, while staying open to how your body needs us to get there.

Because often your body knows what it needs before your mind does.

Root-Cause Medicine

Understand your body. Address what’s underneath.

Your symptoms don’t exist in isolation—and neither should your care.

Maybe you’ve been piecing together recommendations from podcasts, social media, supplements, different practitioners, and late-night internet searches. Some things have helped a little. Others haven’t.

Root-Cause Medicine gives us the opportunity to step back and look at the whole picture.

We consider your history, symptoms, nutrition, digestion, hormones, mood, energy, sleep, stress, lifestyle, environment, previous testing, and other relevant patterns. Then we determine which laboratory testing would be most helpful for understanding what may be contributing to how you feel.

From there, we create a thoughtful, whole-person care plan based on you.

Root-Cause Medicine may be especially helpful for:

  • Fatigue or low energy
  • Digestive concerns or bloating
  • Anxiety or depression
  • Low mood or changes in brain function
  • Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
  • Hormonal or menstrual changes
  • Perimenopausal symptoms
  • Sleep concerns
  • Stress or feeling depleted
  • Metabolic concerns
  • Chronic or recurring symptoms
  • Multiple concerns that don’t seem connected
  • A general sense that something isn’t right—even when your labs are “normal”
You deserve to understand what is happening in your body and have a clear plan for what to do next.

Because the Body Often Holds What the Mind Has Learned to Push Through
ExhaustionStressGriefTensionDiscomfortThe need for restKnowing something isn’t rightEven your own intuition

You can become so accustomed to pushing through that you stop noticing what your body has been saying.

You keep functioning. You keep taking care of everyone. You keep doing what needs to be done.

And eventually, it can become difficult to tell the difference between what you’ve learned to tolerate and what actually feels good to you.

Listening to your body can become the beginning of understanding yourself differently.

Healing Doesn’t Always Follow a Straight Line

Your response gives us information.

Your body may make progress and then hit a plateau. You may feel significantly better and then have a difficult week. One area may respond quickly while another takes more time. Your needs may change as your health changes.

That doesn’t automatically mean you’re going backward.

It gives us more information about what your body may need next.

Whether we’re working through Root-Cause Medicine or consistent bodywork, I pay attention to how you respond so we can decide what makes sense as your care progresses.

You don’t have to navigate every change or question alone.

The Body Can Become a Doorway Back to Yourself

When you spend years overriding what your body is telling you, you can lose touch with more than physical sensations.

You stop noticing you’re tired until you’re exhausted.

You hold your breath until someone reminds you to breathe.

You say yes while your body contracts.

You keep pushing because everyone depends on you.

You know something needs to change, but you’re no longer sure what you need.

As you begin listening to your body again, you may start hearing other things more clearly too: what feels right, what doesn’t, where you need rest, where you’ve been holding tension, what you want, what you’ve been tolerating, and what you already know underneath all the thinking.

Sometimes healing the body becomes the beginning of coming back to yourself.

Meet Dr. Svetlana Voloshin, ND

Medicine. Intuition. Whole-Person Care.

I’ve never been interested in looking at one symptom while ignoring everything around it.

As a naturopathic and functional medicine doctor and craniosacral practitioner, I’ve spent years learning to understand the body from multiple perspectives.

I can look at labs, physiology, hormones, digestion, nutrition, lifestyle, and the clinical picture.

I can also put my hands on the body, notice how someone is breathing or bracing, feel patterns of restriction, observe how the nervous system responds, and follow what the body is showing me.

My approach is rooted in supporting the body’s natural healing processes, identifying and addressing underlying contributors, removing obstacles to health when possible, and choosing the tools that make sense for the individual.

Sometimes those tools are natural. Sometimes conventional medical support is appropriate. Sometimes what the body needs isn’t another supplement at all.

Science gives us valuable information. So does the body.

My intention is to help you feel better, understand what your body is communicating, and become a healthier, more vibrant version of yourself.
