IV Nutrient Therapy

Targeted nutrients. Personalized to what your body needs.

Intravenous vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, and hydration selected to support your health, energy, recovery, and overall well-being.

BOOK IV NUTRIENT THERAPY

Sometimes your body needs more support than you’re getting from food, hydration, rest, or oral supplements alone.

You may be feeling depleted after a demanding stretch of life. You may be recovering from travel, illness, intense physical activity, or prolonged stress. Or IV therapy may be one part of a larger health plan we’re already working on together.

I use IV Nutrient Therapy to deliver selected nutrients directly into the bloodstream while bypassing the digestive tract.

And I’ve intentionally simplified my IV menu so that we can focus less on choosing a catchy drip name and more on what you actually need.

Your IV should make sense for your goals.

BOOK IV NUTRIENT THERAPY

WHY IV NUTRIENTS?

When you take a vitamin or nutrient by mouth, it first has to move through your digestive system before it can be absorbed and used by the body.

How much you absorb can vary based on the nutrient itself, the form and dose, your digestive health, medications, food intake, and other individual factors.

IV therapy takes a different route.

Because nutrients are delivered directly into the bloodstream, we can provide amounts and concentrations that may not be practical or well tolerated orally.

That can make IV therapy useful when I want a more direct way to provide hydration or selected nutrients.

IV therapy gives me another way to support the body when it makes sense for the person in front of me.

YOUR IV DOESN’T NEED A CATCHY NAME

IV menus can get complicated very quickly.

One drip for energy. Another for immunity. Another for beauty. Another for recovery. Then another with a completely different name but many of the same ingredients.

I prefer a simpler approach.

Instead of asking you to figure out which combination of nutrients you need, we start with why you’re coming in.

I commonly stock nutrients such as:

  • Vitamin C
  • B vitamins
  • MIC
  • L-carnitine
  • Glutathione
  • Magnesium
  • Electrolytes
  • Selected nutrient and metabolic support combinations

Your formula can be adjusted based on your goals, health history, current symptoms, medications, nutrient needs, and the reason we are using IV therapy.

The formula should follow the person, not the name on a menu.

EVERY IV INCLUDES GLUTATHIONE SUPPORT

One of my foundational antioxidants

Glutathione is one of the body’s major naturally occurring antioxidants. It plays important roles in protecting cells from oxidative stress and participates in normal detoxification and cellular processes.

Because glutathione support fits well with the goals of many of the clients I treat, I include a glutathione push with my IV nutrient therapies unless there is a reason it isn’t appropriate for you.

It is given toward the end of your IV treatment.

If glutathione itself is your primary focus, I also offer standalone glutathione therapy without requiring a full nutrient IV.

Sometimes we build it into your IV. Sometimes glutathione is the treatment.

WAYS I USE IV NUTRIENT THERAPY

Depending on your individual needs, IV therapy may be considered for:

  • Hydration
  • Nutrient repletion and wellness support
  • Energy and recovery support
  • Periods of increased physical or mental demand
  • Travel and demanding schedules
  • Athletic and physical recovery
  • Antioxidant support
  • Situations where oral supplementation is difficult or poorly tolerated
  • Supporting an individualized health plan

Some clients come specifically for an IV.

For others, IV therapy becomes one piece of the broader work we are doing through Root-Cause Medicine.

NUTRIENT REPLETION + WELLNESS

There are times when the body may benefit from additional nutritional support.

Diet, digestion, stress, lifestyle, increased demand, and individual health factors can all influence nutrient status.

Depending on your needs, your IV may include nutrients such as B vitamins, vitamin C, minerals, amino acids, or other selected ingredients.

If there is a reason to investigate possible deficiencies or underlying contributors more deeply, laboratory testing and Root-Cause Medicine may be more appropriate than simply repeating IVs.

Sometimes the IV gives your body additional support. Sometimes how you’re feeling tells us we need to look deeper.

ENERGY + RECOVERY SUPPORT

There are periods when life asks a lot from your body.

Maybe you’ve been traveling constantly, pushing through a demanding work schedule, training hard, sleeping poorly, recovering from a physically demanding period, or simply feel depleted.

An IV can provide hydration along with nutrients selected to support energy production, nutrient status, and recovery.

Depending on your needs, that might include B vitamins, vitamin C, amino acids, L-carnitine, magnesium, glutathione, or other nutrients I select for you.

And I still want to understand the context.

If fatigue keeps returning, that deserves a closer look at what may be contributing to it.

HYDRATION

Sometimes the primary goal is simple: your body needs fluids.

IV fluids provide direct hydration and can be combined with selected nutrients when appropriate.

This may be useful around travel, increased physical demand, periods of inadequate intake, or other situations where additional hydration support makes sense.

NAD+ CELLULAR SUPPORT

Support one of the molecules at the center of cellular energy, repair, and healthy aging.

NAD+, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a molecule found throughout the body and essential to cellular function.

It plays a central role in energy metabolism and mitochondrial function and is involved in pathways related to DNA repair, cellular stress responses, metabolism, neuronal health, and the biology of aging.

Research into NAD+ has become an important part of longevity science because changes in NAD+ metabolism have been associated with aging and a wide range of age-related processes.

Research into NAD+ and NAD+ boosting therapies has explored potential roles in areas such as:

  • Cellular energy and mitochondrial function
  • Healthy aging and longevity
  • DNA repair and cellular stress responses
  • Brain and neuronal health
  • Metabolic health
  • Muscle function and physical performance
  • Cardiovascular health
  • Recovery and resilience
  • Oxidative stress
  • Immune function

When NAD+ is the main focus, I add it to a base nutrient IV bag because the accompanying nutrients are intended to support the pathways involved in cellular energy and NAD+ metabolism.

For clients pursuing more intensive NAD+ support, I may recommend a series of treatments rather than a single infusion, with the number and frequency personalized to your goals, health history, response, and reason for treatment.

NAD+ is one of the most interesting areas of longevity research because of how deeply it is connected to the way our cells create energy, respond to stress, repair damage, and change with age.

SUPPORT BETWEEN YOUR APPOINTMENTS

Some nutrients can go home with you.

For appropriate clients, certain nutrients may also be prescribed or provided as injections that can be used between office visits.

This can give us another way to maintain targeted nutrient support without requiring you to come into the office for a full IV every time.

Depending on your individual plan, options may include selected vitamins, nutrients, amino acids, or other injectable therapies that are appropriate for home use.

I’ll determine what makes sense for you and show you how to use your injections safely.

Your support doesn’t always have to stop when you leave the office.

ALREADY COMING IN FOR ANOTHER SERVICE?

You may be able to add an IV to your appointment.

I know your time matters.

An IV can often be added to many of the other services you’re already receiving in the office, when the treatments can be performed safely and comfortably together.

That may allow you to receive your nutrient support while you are already here rather than scheduling another trip to the office.

Ask us when you book and we can let you know whether adding an IV to your appointment makes sense.

ASK ABOUT ADDING AN IV

WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUR IV APPOINTMENT?

Before your infusion, we review the information needed to determine whether IV therapy is appropriate for you.

Your health history, medications, allergies, current symptoms, and reason for treatment can affect what we choose.

Once your IV is selected, a small catheter is placed into a vein and the infusion is administered while you relax.

Infusion time varies depending on the formula and treatment.

You can read, work, listen to something, or simply use the time to rest.

MORE ISN’T ALWAYS BETTER

IV therapy makes it possible to deliver nutrients directly into the bloodstream, but that does not mean everyone needs high doses of everything.

I consider the nutrient, dose, route, your health history, your goals, and what else you may already be taking.

There are also situations where certain nutrients or IV therapies may not be appropriate.

I want your IV to be purposeful.

That may mean a simple hydration-focused infusion one day and a more individualized nutrient formula in another situation.

ONE IV OR ONGOING SUPPORT?

Some clients use IV therapy occasionally.

Others may benefit from a series or periodic treatments based on their goals, health history, laboratory findings, and response.

I don’t think everyone needs weekly IVs indefinitely.

If you find yourself repeatedly needing IV therapy just to feel functional, I want to understand why.

That is where Root-Cause Medicine can become especially valuable.

Support how you feel today while still paying attention to what your body may be telling us over time.

IV THERAPY CAN STAND ALONE OR BECOME PART OF A BIGGER PLAN

You do not have to be enrolled in a comprehensive health program to receive every IV treatment.

For appropriate clients, IV therapy can be used as a standalone service.

It can also complement the work we are doing with nutrition, sleep, stress, digestive health, hormones, movement, supplementation, regenerative therapies, and other areas of your health.

The important part is knowing when targeted support is enough and when your symptoms deserve a deeper look.

NOT SURE WHAT TO BOOK?

You don’t need to diagnose your own nutrient needs or study a long menu before making an appointment.

If you have a simple question about IV therapy, glutathione, nutrient injections, adding an IV to another appointment, or which appointment to select, call or text the office.

If your situation is more complex, you have ongoing health concerns, or you want dedicated time to discuss the bigger picture, a Discovery Call or Root-Cause Health Consultation may be a better starting point.

GIVE YOUR BODY THE SUPPORT THAT MAKES SENSE FOR YOU

IV therapy is one of many tools I can use to support hydration, nutrient status, recovery, cellular health, and your broader health goals.

Sometimes that means a straightforward IV with a glutathione push.

Sometimes it means a customized nutrient formula, dedicated glutathione or NAD+ therapy, or nutrient injections you can use between visits.

And sometimes the most useful next step is looking deeper at why you feel depleted in the first place.

Your IV should make sense for your body, your health, and what you’re trying to support.
