Spend less time shaving, waxing, and thinking about unwanted hair.
Diolaze uses diode laser technology with built-in skin cooling to provide effective, longer-term hair reduction with treatments designed for comfort and speed.
You shave it. A few days later, it’s back.
Or you plan around waxing appointments, deal with ingrown hairs, or reach for the razor before putting on a swimsuit or sleeveless top.
If you’re tired of maintaining unwanted hair, laser hair removal can make your routine much easier.
Diolaze targets pigmented hair follicles during the active growth phase, gradually reducing the amount of hair that grows back over a series of treatments.
The goal is smoother skin with a lot less maintenance.
Larger areas can be treated relatively quickly because of Diolaze’s larger treatment spot size.
Diolaze is a professional diode laser hair removal system designed to treat unwanted hair on the face and body.
Laser energy travels through the skin and is absorbed by brown or black pigment in the hair follicle. That energy heats the follicle and damages its ability to produce future hair.
Diolaze combines a large treatment area with built-in skin cooling, allowing us to treat many areas efficiently while helping keep your skin comfortable.
This is one of the things I appreciate most about Diolaze.
You may feel warmth or a brief snapping sensation as the laser pulses, but the cooling helps make the experience much more comfortable.
Effective hair reduction matters, but so does making the treatment experience as comfortable as possible.

Yes. Diolaze works by targeting brown or black pigment in the hair follicle. There needs to be enough pigment in the hair for the laser to recognize and effectively target it. The hair also needs to be darker than the surrounding skin.
Hair that tends to respond well includes black, brown, dark brown, and reddish-brown hair with enough brown pigment.
Diolaze does not effectively treat blonde, white, gray, or light red hair.
The contrast between your hair and skin matters. The hair follicle needs enough brown or black pigment for the laser to target.
Before treatment, I’ll look at your skin tone, hair color, hair thickness, and treatment area to determine whether Diolaze is likely to be appropriate for you.
Hair grows in cycles, and laser hair removal works best when the follicle is in its active growth phase.
At any given appointment, only a portion of your hair is in that stage. That is why we treat the area over a series rather than expecting one session to remove everything.
As the series progresses, you should begin to notice less hair growing back, finer or thinner regrowth, slower regrowth, and areas where hair stops returning.
A series of approximately 4 to 6 treatments is common, although your individual plan may vary.
The number of sessions depends on the treatment area, hair color and thickness, skin tone, hair growth cycle, hormonal influences, and how your hair responds.
Some clients may need additional sessions or occasional maintenance over time.
Each treatment builds on the work we’ve already started.

Before-and-after example. Individual results vary.
The treated hair does not disappear immediately.
Over the following days and weeks, successfully treated hairs gradually shed from the follicle. At first, this can even look like the hair is continuing to grow as it works its way toward the surface before shedding.
Other follicles will enter their active growth phase later, which is why you’ll continue to see some hair between appointments.
Less hair. Finer regrowth. Less time spent shaving, waxing, and thinking about it.
You’ll typically want to shave the treatment area before your appointment while leaving the follicle intact beneath the skin.
Avoid waxing, plucking, or threading the area beforehand because those methods remove the hair we need to target within the follicle.
We’ll give you specific preparation instructions based on the area being treated.
Laser hair removal can be a great option if you have unwanted facial or body hair with enough brown or black pigment for the laser to target.
Your skin tone, hair color, hair thickness, treatment area, health history, and goals all help determine the most appropriate treatment plan.
If you’re unsure whether your hair is a good candidate, you don’t need to figure that out on your own. We can look at the area and determine whether Diolaze makes sense for you.
If you’re tired of shaving the same underarms every few days, planning bikini waxes before vacations, or dealing with unwanted facial or body hair, Diolaze gives us a longer-term approach.
